    After more than 30 years studying and fellowshipping in BSF groups with women in New Zealand & the US, the love & depth of friendships experienced in small groups has been one of the most needed & precious gifts for my spiritual & mental health . To listen, learn, laugh, weep , pray & share weekly with other women, gives me God’s perspective with a hug!

    Although God has helped me to free myself from activities that are distracting me from commitment to my responsibilities in my local church and BSF, this article has opened my mind to how I could be intentional in deploying the free -up time to my new job as Assistant Distant Online Trainer in BSF .
